Re: Review on new recycling program

As requested below is an update on how the recycling program went over the period of time it was trialed. Below is a list of pros and cons of how it went.

-Most recycling bins are being used correctly and everything has been put in its appropriate place

-Feedback from most of the staff has been positive about the new system that has been put in place

-Some staff do find it a waste of time

-The food bin doesn’t get emptied enough and tends to smell over time

-There is some confusion about what types of plastic can be recycled

The trial worked sufficiently as most staff followed the rules and the feedback was positive. There were a few difficulties when it came to emptying the bins and how much time it took up having to separate the recycling. Overall it turned out well and worked how we wanted it to. One of the issues we can address is the food bins being emptied, this can be solved by scheduling staff members to empty the bins on certain days.

Dear Mr Sampson,

Re: Bad customer service

Thank you for your email regarding the bad customer service on 3rd May 2016. I want to start off by saying that myself and the other staff members are sorry for any inconvenience that was caused when you were visiting us. We know that there is absolutely no excuse for the way the staff member has spoken to you.

We have taken action towards this and given the staff member a warning and also further training in customer service. I assure you next time you visit our store our staff will be more welcoming towards you and make your visit pleasant. We have included a $50 voucher which can be spent in any of our department stores all of Auckland.

Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience that occurred when you were in our store. We hope this letter helps you with any other inquiries you may have had.

Thanks,
Rebecca Smith

2.1 Art

This is my 2.1 assessment that I have recently just completed. This work is a few pictures I like and some pictures from the chosen artist I chose. The artist that are in this slide that I have written about and described many things are artists that are incorporated into my Art board for 2020. I have either incorporated them by using the type of brush strokes the same as the artist or for example I have chosen to paint my Maori side and taken Inspo from Sofia Minson.
